So what does someone with Celiacs and a dairy intolerance eat for breakfast? Well it’s certainly not cereal, because let’s face it almond, coconut, and soy milk are just no substitute for real milk. Those bastards at Kellogs even discontinued the only cereal I was willing to make that trade off with, Gluten Free Rice Krispies. Which means no more of my favorite desert, Rice Krispie treats. *quietly sobs into her coffee.
